After completing high school in 2016, Pheak worked as a waiter at a local restaurant, where he developed his passion for hospitality and meeting people from all around the world. His deep connection to the Angkor region led him to join the Apsara Authority—the organization responsible for protecting and managing Angkor Wat—where he worked as a ticket controller. This experience gave him a deeper appreciation and knowledge of the temples, which he now shares with his guests.
While working at the Apsara Authority, Pheak began offering tuk tuk tours around Siem Reap and Angkor Wat, turning his side job into a full-time passion. With his friendly personality, local insights, and commitment to safe, comfortable rides, Pheak offers more than just transportation—he provides a local experience rich in stories and hidden gems.
Today, Pheak lives in Siem Reap with his beloved wife and 18-month-old son. As the sole provider for his family, he takes great pride in offering honest, reliable service to travelers.
